This was motivated by our desire to provide a service in the area of data protection that would address the compliance issues that Japanese companies have traditionally struggled with in their overseas business expansion activities, particularly in relation to EU and US regulations.

Second, we take a future-proof approach to compliance with data protection and AI regulations. Global data protection and AI regulation are currently undergoing a major transformation. Third, we aim to discover and foster a new breed of “Data Protection & AI Regulatory Consultant” specialists with a focus on overseas data protection and AI regulation.
